An easy way to make ice cream
Cream :200ml sugar:amount egg white:2 yolk:1 all kinds of vanilla jam
1,Add a spoonful sugar to whipped cream,stir it fully and set it aside.
2,Take out a bowl,add egg white,stir until foamy.add amount of sugar,continue to stir.
3,Add yolk to fully stirred egg white,stir fully,then add vanilla jam to it.
4,Sent it to whipped cream bowl after stirred evenly,continue to stir.If you dislike egg ice cream,you could add the vanilla jam to it just as you like.then stir it fully.
5,Sent the food which is fully stirred to the freezers of refrigerator to freeze.You can eat it after 2~3 hours.If it is stirred 2~3 times during the time of freezing.
